When you are in a rush, you can miss and misunderstand something or wrongly to interpret the collected data. Making an assumption and taking a decision based on a wrong information will lead to undesired results. The mistake could be discovered very far in the future and will cost you much more trying to fix the already made damage than the initially needed time for doing the job properly.
Woody Allen Quote: “If you want to make God laugh, tell him about your plans.”
Why do we challenge ourselves?
We will always share our plans and results and hopefully the fear of embarrassment will keep us away from the careless work.
So, what to do? Should we disallow the website internal search results to be indexed by Google and how to do that?
The short answer is “Yes” and either of the following easy options could be used:
• Disallowing the crawlers access in robots.txt
• Preventing from indexing using a meta tag
